Will Obama pull off a stunning defeat?

blogging4dolloars @blogging4dolloars (8) • United States 20 Oct 08

Barack Obama is leading McCain in both fundraising and in the polls. Could we be seeing the makings of a stunning political victory? What do you think?

cbreeze Logically speaking, I think so. I know polls are not all that accurate, but I'm looking at the money that is being raised. That makes a big statement. They talk about the fear of the "Bradley Affect" but I don't think that is a concern. I think people are...

Why do men think that women cannot make decisions?

sharra1 @sharra1 (6340) • Australia 26 Sep 08

I just read a discussion started by a man who thinks that women make bad decisions so maybe someone should make the decision for them. Oh please. After centuries of having men make decisions for us no wonder some women have...

cbreeze I read the discussion you are referring to and decided not to even justify it with a response. Men and women make bad decisions. Men and women make good decisions. You could tell by the discussion starter that he has a very low opinion of women anyway because...

What is the longest that you have ever been unemployed and looking for work?

magnet @magnet (2087) • United States 31 Aug 08

This economy is terrible. I have several friends with College degrees or HS diplomas who have been out of work between 3-7 years. Maybe it's the location. Is it really that bad everywhere in the US?

cdparazo I have never experienced being out of work EVER. When I graduated from college, I got a job offer right away without even applying. When I resigned from my previous job, I already have to work the following day in my next job. I guess I am lucky than most.

dreamy1 I use plain coconut oil. It soaks into the skin and leaves it feeling soft but not too greasy. I like to use it in my hair too. If I don't use that I'll use something like cocoa butter.
