manchirao yes we live in the same country. i am not interested in her. once i was out of town and did not chat to her, she sent me many offlines threating me that she will cut herself if i dont talk to her. now what should i do, i cant risk a girls life by not chatting...

Does anyone here have any idea what conversion rate mastercard uses for foreign purchases? Is it the same with the newspaper rate? Does mastercard mark-up on the published rate, if yes, any idea how much it is?

manchirao Hi i live in usa and once i have purchased someitems from europe online. that just charge more for shipping, but i dont think the credit card will have any extra charge online it doesnot matter which country when ur purchasing online

manchirao if u purchase online as far as i know, there wont be any extra charges for you I am 99% confident, as i did a lot of online shopping too

manchirao Frankly, i think that not only chinese, but many countries do that giving fake passports to coverup the age. even usa might do it. who knows exactly what is happening every country needs medals thats the bottom line because manchirao said so

manchirao i have master card i think they will charge 3% of the cost of items , you purchase outside the country. if u purchase online thats fine, no charge if u move to some other country like from usa to europe, and purchase in europe shopping they charge...
