pomwango he actually fired himself because he walked out when the terms were not going his way but at the end of the day such people make people reluctant to help out family.

pomwango i think its a big challenge to have relatives working for you,they will always want favours and most never appreciate that you are trying to help them.

pomwango the way i see it when they are getting the job they are very cooperative and will promise to respect any policies you have but once they are in they forget and take advantage of things.
