manno855 There is Nuthin better than Yoga..It does miracles..My mother also suffered from the same Rhuemetoid Arthritis and after she did yoga with full commitment ..she is far more better now..Do yoga and see miracles..

For me its culture here. Its Awesome..In general ppl like to live a social life rather than being Individual eccentrics. Hats Off to my country .I love you .
