dpk262006 To get angry is a natural phenomenon. We all get angry due to one reason or the other. If someone makes me angry, I try to keep quiet and ignore him. Keeping quiet is the best option because the other person cannot come to know what is running in our mind.

shameigene Mostly I don't speak cause I will not like what's my mouth will gonna say. If I can, I hold on to it, if not then will say my piece. Being quiet is my way of releasing my anger.

youless Sometimes I will keep silent when I am angry. I may need some time to calm down. So it is fine for me to be alone when I am angry.

Patsie Hatley seafood contains omega 3 and 6 oils that are good for your heart and your health'and also antioxidants again for your heart. most meat is heavy on fat and bad cholestrol so yes seafood is lean and healthy and a better choice.

Yuki You really should be careful with that. Minor allergies can get worse the more you expose yourself to the thing you're allergic to. My dad ignored his seafood allergy at first and nearly died because he suddenly had a severe reaction to a shrimp.

Peter B. Giblett Truth is everyone has allergies. I have allergies to wool, eggs, potatoes, and oranges. My wife is allergic to shrimp and increasingly to seafood. My mother was allergic to pretty much everything.

Some people have certain time to go to bed and some having difficulty to stuck on the same time because of having insomnia or things to be done before sleeping. I am particularly sleep when its midnight already. How about you?
