marco83 I like walking in general but I prefer walking in the morning. It makes me feel better. After a walk I'm relaxed and I can began to work in a better way. for this reason I try every day to have a walk befor work!

marco83 I have a lot of lack, but I think that one of my values is to have a good abilty in undestanding the problems of the other people. Often my friends speak with me about their problems and i use to be able to give them good advises.

marco83 sleeping badly provokes a lot of unlikely conseguences: people are nervous, and they couldn't relate with the others. furthermore sleeping badly could be related with some physical problems, for istance the obesity is partially related with this bad habit.

marco83 I think that it would be wise learning chinese because in my opinion china would be the new economic empire. Furthermore I think that the chinese language is very difficult to learn. It is full of accents and there are a lot of world to learn!
