Mark72125 Three or four hours of sleep is really not good for our health.A minimum of eight hours is needed for everyone I believe.In the end,if our health is not good enough then we won't be able to do the things we want to do hehe.

Mark72125 There is really no specific way to make good friends.After you make a friend , you need to be there for him/her when he/she is in problems that way your friend can help you when your in a problem.This is how good friends are made I believe.
