markalanbrown Naps do help. Its known that a person needs atleast 7 hours of sleep. Actually i think its 8. The longer you sleep the longer your brain is in REM. REM refreshes your brain and does "brain repair". Try to get more sleep. Try buying and using meletonin.

markalanbrown I know its not a tv series but i love Blade. I have watched all the blade movies many times. I love the myth of vampires also. Wouldnt it be cool to be one? Blades is awsome he kicks butt. Half breed.

markalanbrown I enjoy spending as much time as my brain will let me. Sometimes its only 20 minutes. Sometimes its a couple hours. The longer i can read the more relaxed in the book i get. Sometimes i have to do a quick read though to see whats coming up next. Im impatient...

markalanbrown You should respect the elderly. They dont do much wrong. In that case the man was an alcoholic. I wouldnt respect an alcoholic even if they was elderly. I would have called child protective services lol. Maybe i wouldnt have though. Respect the elderly.

markalanbrown I agree. Books make people wiser than what they were before. The more books one can read the smarter they get. I enjoy adventure books. Also books based on mythology. Books are very relaxing to me.
