Am I alone on this or do others push not only their minds but bodies to the limit on a regular basis? Today I have done a 8 hour shift working a Macdonalds then cycled the 4 miles home (all up hill but that is for another rant)...

marxistmind I am starting to see how addictive this can can become I have spent the majority of my day on here in between doing other stuff. It's kind of like a short mental break from doing work, but it is still productive.
