marythan If only i could i would but i am anemic so i will not pass the screening to donate blood. I think donating blood is a sacrifice so i truly admire people donating their blood, it could benefit a lot of sick people specially cancer patients.

marythan it's a sign of anxiety though i'm not really sure about it, it's better to consult a doctor or if you like you can talk about it with your best friend or trusted person that can help you find out why you feel that way... Don't be scared, pray it helps.
