masta91 Yes, Internet has brought lot of changes and made life easier but dont you miss the old life when there was no internet. For example, now we are reading books online but those days we use to go to library for any references.

masta91 Thanks on your response friend, yes thats what i have been wondering since exercising after full stomach is not so good for health . So, I thought of having a good walk after dinner would be a good exercise.
