One should practice meditation, a lot. Meditation calms the mind and relieves tension. It gives a fresh feeling. Prevention is better than cure. so, we must all meditate everyday, whether or not we are in depression.

I love his voice in "dhil se re" song. What a haunting song that is. The high pitch, his wonderful voice along with his awesome music has added colors to this song.

i don't think that there is a life after death. it is only a hypothesis. I cannot believe unless i get a proof of it

parents should control their children only till they reach the age of 14 or 15. at the maximum, till the age of 17. After that, he/she should be allowed to take his or her own decision in every aspect of life.

Yes, i have been in hostel for four years when i did my graduation. At the beginning, i felt as if i was the only person on earth and nobody to accompany me. I missed my home very much. The caring and sharing of love was not there...

maudlin that is absolutely correct. We have to get used to live alone also. When we live with parents, we are in the safe hands. But, one has to know about the outside world also. Thank you for the response
