mckarladejesus have you tried unsubscribing to these emails? usually, emails has unsubscribe option.another thing, be careful on the sites that you register.some sites give your email to other sites.that's why we get a lot of spammed or unwanted emails.

mckarladejesus I have also heard this one. I have also heard that the diet you need to take also depends on your blood type. But I don't think that it is really applicable. I think that your health depends on how you take care of your body.

mckarladejesus What kind of puto? If it's like the Puto in Calasiao, Pangasinan, then I would definitely recommend that you dip the Puto in Chiz Whiz. It is really delicious. We always do that whenever we eat puto. :)
