MellyMell Thanks for your comment, I totally agree with you. It seems this generation has a lack of teaching when it comes to the Word of God. People seem to think it's a choice as with everything else these days whether or not to believe in God and teach our children....

MellyMell This seemed to work very well. I will have to try again next year to see how long it lasts or if I'd have to keep remisting them.

MellyMell Great! Thanks I will try this. My carving time was postponed until tomorrow, so I'll have to give that a whirl, I was thinking of white pepper though, I'll have to see if I have any cayenne pepper in there. Either way I'll post the result. Thanks again.

I learned it all through school, the planets etc. In fact Pluto was a new planet during my schooling days. We were all so excited! Now they just rip it away! What about Xena etc. They are looking at a few others as planets right...

MellyMell Gotcha...but I still don't think it's much different than when I had to memorize the periodic table of elements, their meanings, symbols, atom count, family etc. and that was in 7th grade. ;-)

MellyMell Thanks for that shameh1202, I agree with you 100%. That is one of the most important realizations people need to come to. Everyone has a purpose in our lives. Some may be irritating at times, some very unpleasant but they are all in our lives for a reason....

I'm hearing many different ideas on how the weather is going to be this winter. Even the weathermen can't agree. Think global warming has the Farmers Almanac in a tail spin? What's your theory?

MellyMell Maybe, but the earth and it's inhabitants have all changed so much, plates have shifted the atmosphere is far worse. I think we're in for a bumpy ride, putting it mildly.

MellyMell The weather where I'm from is already so weird. The last few years everything has been out of whack.(Northeastern USA). There's rumors that we're supposed to become the Florida of the North!Hmmmm.

MellyMell I know the verseyou speak of but that was later and there's also the verse (KJV)Genesis 5:4, suggests to me that he didn't have anymore children until after Seth was born.

MellyMell Sometimes they get overlooked because it can be something simple, other times it's in the form of a person...whom you don't know, and will never see again. You just never know when they'll be active around you. They just always are. God Bless!
