merylinkid You were right. Not quite a blow out, but Patriots did win. Manning couldn't quite manage that a 4th quarter comeback this time.

merylinkid Manning may not have the rocket arm anymore, but he still knows how to dissect a defense. I don't think the Pats have this one in the bag -- especially with Hernandez out and Gronk hurt. Tom has to have someone to throw the ball to.

merylinkid I looked at Clixsense. It is .001 per ad. That will take my referrals forever to earn any money. If they have to put too much effort into it, they won't want to stick with the program.

I see California is having to ration gas. It does not seem to be happening elsewhere in the US (give it time). Gas prices jumped a whole dollar over night. How are you handling it?

merylinkid Lake Placid 2 doesn't show up that often, but they show Lake Placid 3 fairly regularly. Since the latest one was not bad, look for them to show the whole series again sometime.

merylinkid Safety does not trump dollars apparently. Honestly, the game last night was the worst. The refs clearly did not have control of the game. That is how players get hurt unnecessarily.

merylinkid At least you could count ont he games being run well. Now, well, not so much. I don't want a player hurt because a ref did something stupid. I don't want a team making or missing the playoffs because a ref did something stupid.

merylinkid Oxfam is the charity. It's just their way of getting donations. Showing people what their work is. The donations go to fund projects like helping farmers produce more crops. Or disease prevention. You aren't really buying manure or soap.

merylinkid Bracelets are little harder. But check with your local shelter -- especially one for teen girls. Often these girls have NOTHING. Maybe a piece of jewelry of their own will help.

merylinkid Yes it is a loan company. You make loans to organizations that work with individuals trying to get out poverty through starting a business, developing better farming techniques, etc. Then the individuals pay the loan back and you get your money plus interest....

merylinkid Microplace has been around for years. It is a legitimate company owned by EBay. It is not an online earning company but a regular investment site like Scwab, ETrade, etc.
