dragon54u The only problem with that is that it is very expensive most times to buy whole grains. Here, a loaf of white bread is $1.00 while a good loaf of multi-grain bread with a decent amount of fiber is close to $4! I'm glad you understand exactly what you need...

ElicBxn well, I don't know that I hate to go out in the rain, but the weather bothers my fibro and I easily get chills I often sick if my back gets wet, discovered that in my 30's, so I do my best to keep it dry.
