How to Unblock a Website that's been blocked by Website Blocking Buddy sofware!

Here are the steps that I used to unblock sites that have been blocked using the Website Blocking Buddy software. This software does not allow you to unblock the sites without paying $29. Even uninstalling it does not help at all....
