mikefortune I'm afraid to see the dentist. I have one horrible experience. The dentist tried to pull my decayed tooth. That really hurt. So, now i know how important it is to protet your teeth and resist the tempetation of candy. Besides, seeing the dentist costs a lot.

mikefortune Jogging is a good way to keep fit. However, I prefer to do some sports like ball games. I find it hard to jog daily. Time sometimes is a big problem. Playing ball games with friends once a week is my way of keeping healthy. For me, it's more suitable.
