Not sure if I would call it insomnia but I do have difficulty falling asleep. There are some things that aid. Melatonin helps me get to sleep but I still wake up in a few hours. Reading does the same thing some nights, helping...

Vinit Gada yea as I used to stay awake to study, It has became an habit and now I cant fall asleep till 3 or 4am...I keep on thinking which affects mt sleep. Tried deep breathing exercises with closed eyes lying on bed..also to clear my mind and try to keep it...

Vinit Gada wow thats great! glad to hear that. But here family stands between the two before they think of marriage..By "love unconditionally" i meant that watch for age,cast & creed then see someone to love if he/she fits. as family wont approve...in a sarcastic way.

Vinit Gada haha, I agree on that point to some extent! Eg. parsis do not let others in...that is why their community is at a risk to extinct I think..many more examples u might know being an Indian. People are more worried about what other people will think..that is so...
