mommydearest If it is our neighbor's cat, he probaby doesn't take very good care of it in the first place. That is why it comes to our house for food. I think animal control would be the best way to go. Thanks for the advice.

mommydearest Well, I am not sure if the cat is our neighbor's or not. My husband thinks it might be. He is an old man that lives in a junky house, so if it is his cat, then he probably doesn't take very good care of it anyway. But, thanks for the advice. I will try that.
