Amanda I can't stand insomnia, but luckily I don't get it often. I am more of a night person than a morning person but I can usually sleep. I don't like to eat crazy late though. Hope you manage to get some rest.

Amanda I'm not quite sure how that would taste, but good job for experimenting and trying to work out a healthier alternative. Companies do tend to put way too many fats and sugars into foods that really aren't necessary.
