moneyhunter Our mind is working all the time, so it's difficult to quit our habbit, but you can use some other thing as substitute. For example, drink some tea instead of cofee. Anyway, I also try very hard to fix my short comings too.

moneyhunter I believe that. If we live in a correct way. For example, Eating healthy, not to eat poison food. No drinking, no smoking, and take care our enviroment then it's possible.
