marguicha I use the meat in many different ways. Sometimes I make a sauce for pasta, other times I bread it and fry it. And when I have mayo, I mix cold diced chicken with mayo and sweet red pepper to make sandwich paste.

rakski I'm becoming addicted to chicken broth from chicken breast too. I last week, I made it as well. I divided the meat as well as soup to make it to different dishes. The last time, I cooked arrozcaldo, then today chicken noodle soup
