problem at hom and thoughts are braking your head at work. Will not be in a stage to give your 100% at work. This is not just simple issue to take a leave from work and you have to work otherwise Loss of pay.

nareshthota yes, every one should pray for her son for fast recovery. Cost redusing is in every country and at other end jobs are on stake. Hope there is good hear ahead.

In which you belive smart or hard work? I belive smart work gets you recognize immedeately but hardwork may take longer time than expected. Hard work may need luck but not smart work. Thats what i think, what about you?

I fest very bad when i heard earthquake in Japan which killed 3000 above. every one killed.....man, women,kids. Here i started thinking is there a god? His he really existing? How come 3000 people killed in a just single day?...
