I have the worst pain in m y neck and my back and i am trying so hard not to become Tylenol prone...it is so sad because heat makes it feel worse and ice burns as well so I am at wits end with figuring out what to do without...

My favorite drink is the Creamsicle, it is a shot that taste just as great as the 50/50 bar.....the orange and cream flavor...Being a bartender myself I have also created my own all time favorite's....What's yours????
