Sometimes I have problems going to sleep I will be sleepy but when I lay down I can't go to sleep. I take medicine for mitro valve prolapse so I can't take any sleeping medication.

necromancer_glene Hi heidi28! I also have that problem. Sometimes it would take me hours to sleep and even sometimes i keep on waking up at the middle of the night. I heard that in order to sleep well and easily, we should have this constant schedule. I havent try it though....

necromancer_glene I was probably nine years old or younger when i first use a computer. Im not sure but I guess it was my brother who taught me. And the very first thing i hooked on it was because of a game. Still now, Im very much in to computers especially on the net.
