Neophytelove85 I'd prefer reading online. Aside from it saves money, there are a lot of books that I can access and read online that is not (yet) available in bookstores so when i want to read a particular book I usually browse the internet search for it.

Neophytelove85 I don't think call center agents work and stressed their head out because they are desperate in finding a job after finishing their college degree. I think people are willing to work in this kind of industry because of the pay.
