nv_jenn Some people only prefer them in the morning but in my house we don't care. We will eat eggs ANYTIME. They are soo easy to cook and sooo tasty! I don't cook them alot for supper, maybe a couple times a month. But I don't feel bad about it either.

nv_jenn I agree. I serve eggs for supper more frequently in the warmer weather as using the stove/oven brings in alot of heat to my itty bitty house. Or I resort to using my crockpot often!

nv_jenn This is how I do it too. Eggs, toast, potatoes/home fries, a meat of some sort, to make it a good meal but still something easy on me. To me it's a great supper and nice change. I am glad other people have the same opinion and I shouldn't feel bad for it!
