okaprd Use the management's credo, 80:20 rules or whatever it called, means 80% work is being done by 20% workers other means perhaps is if you have 10 referrals maybe it only 2 that will active :D

Can you suggest any "feel good" movies you know of that can lift my spirits? Of course nothing with violence, too much adult content, etc. I've already seen "Waiting to Exhale" 15 times!

okaprd If you can't stand for the atmosphere just go for the visitation, perhaps you could tell them why you don't go for the funeral. But the most important is we already show our respect to departed one.

okaprd I think there's nothin wrong marry and older woman, so I vote Go for it! But, try to get a third party to speak and convince your parent about what you are going to do, never mess with our parents, it is becouse of Them we are here right now :) Good Luck!
