orijanaetive I like my eggs scrambled with cheese, cooked as an omelet, I also like it in shrimp fried rice, boiled and I can eat it in fresh salad, or in tuna, chicken or potato salad. I also like making deviled eggs.

orijanaetive I drink alkaline water whenever I go to my Mother's house she uses Kangen water, I usually get a couple of gallons. I think she's had the machine now for about 2 years. It has 8.0. 8.5 and 9.5 PH for drinking and for medicine I think her machine has 7.0 ph....

orijanaetive I didn't even think about the tv. Sometimes I listen to music choice instead of the radio. Other times if hubby is watching music videos on tv I will watch or listen with him.

orijanaetive I usually take midol for the pain and avoid sweets and cold drinks during my cycle. I also avoid cold air since it usually makes me cramp up worse. I try to eat a lot more vegetables and meat with iron in it. Taking iron vitamins helps me during my period....
