How to file a dispute in AlertPay?

About 2 months ago I deposited $5 in the site svbux via AlertPay but I haven't cashout anything, now the site is closed. According to AlertPay terms I can only file a dispute if not more than 30 days are passed after transaction....

orochi May as well give up since alert pay is a bunch of (inster swear word here) even when it comes to withdrawing money they are a problem so i wouldn't suggest alert pay taking care of anything but you will have to look up in the law or talk to someone who knows...
