How did you handle peer pressure,in, as far as smoking, drinking and drugs?

All my friends in junior high smoked and they would ocassionally ask me if I wanted to, but I always said no. For one thing I would be embarassed if I started choking and sputtering and I just didn't have any desire to do it....

pacodecabra I never did drugs, and amazingly none of my peers did either, or at least none of my friends. I didn't start drinking until after high school because my parents had always told me if I wanted a drink, I could have one at home. This took some of the "coolness"...
