I know for a fact that meditation brings a lot of peace and relaxation.. I also know for a fact that meditatig for the first time is not all that easy since it is difficult to bring your mind under control...Meditation permits...

padma84 you don't necessarily have to be demonstrative kind of a person to spread happiness. I think god sends us to give a cheer here, a joy there ..We are his instruments. thanks for that.. I never knew I was a great support..

padma84 Of course , staying helathy is of great importance since Iam in my forties and sure to step into menopause..... I avoid aweets, ice creams, pickles, fried items and things like that...coz it will not only increase my weight but worrry me alot...so why let...
