I've noticed a lot of people mentioning morning showers but I always shower in the evening. I can't bear to go to bed sweaty or dirty. It gets the sheets dirty and when I'm not clean I feel hot and can't sleep. I can understand...

eihdra hi. If you have time and extra money, go to a salon or spa to have a foot spa. They know what to do with your problem. But, if you wanna be practical and save your money,try this..after taking a bath, put some feet lotion and massage the part which has cracked...

My parent always get me to wash my feet before going to bed. It's a good practice, because we can avoid carrying dirt and dust on the bed sheet. I teach my son to keep such a good practice too. Do you have such a good practice?...
