Ruth Belena Yes Marina321, articles published on the Helium site are non-exclusive. You can select non-exclusive rights at AC and publish on both sites. Many people do this.

Ruth Belena Of course poor quality writing will always be rejected, but many top writers have had their work rejected before they became famous. It is important not to give up trying, and always be prepared to revise and rewrite when necessary.

Ruth Belena I agree with what you say about the opening paragraph, but you do not need to start writing the first paragraph first. I take a lot of time to revise and rework a draft of any article before I publish it.

Ruth Belena I have tried some of them, but I do so much better with Helium that I focus on writing there. You have to find the site or sites that are best for your style of writing and the topics you want to write about.

Ruth Belena Helium does have some restrictions for people in certain countries. I'm not sure about the Philippines. I think they may now only accept people from countries where English is the spoken language.
