Cold sores..what a pain

Cord sores are a pain in the neck and are also physically painful! Do you get cold sores? If so, how often and what do you put on them? I find that putting ice on it soothes it for awhile.

pancra I talked to both my kids when I was pregnant. Whenever I was alone I would have a never-ending conversation with them, and when my husband was home we would both talk to them. I would also sing to them and play different kinds of music.

pancra I'd love to have time for my sports, but the only sports I have time for now are my kids' sports. I have to take them and pick them up every day. When I didn't have kids I played tennis a lot and loved swimming, now I'm lucky if I can go for a brisk walk.

pancra When I'm at the beach I love to just lay in the sun and read. I don't read anything serious though, just the best-seller of the moment. The second thing I like to do is walk, I usually walk at least 3 or 4 miles a day with my kids with our feet in the water.
