Do you learn best with or without music in the background?

Some people need absolute quiet for studying, and some like to have music or other distractions in the background. I like quiet music while I am studying, and louder music while I am writing novels and nonfiction. How about you?

phane88 I can do both but when i have music in the background when studying i tend to get up and dance every thirty minutes.

phane88 I don't have a best friend don't plan to have for no particular reason but if i had one, it would be a guy. Guys are more willing to tell you the truth than a girl would when you need it and guys are sometimes more protective.

Is today society more difficult to bring up your kids? I am not sure about this. I have brought up 3 kids and it has been far more difficult bringing up my youngest who is 16 at the moment than it was bringing up his older brother...

phane88 I definitely think that parenting is getting harder and harder because kids today do not listen to what their parents tell them to or not to do. Peer Pressure is one reason but it is not the only out there.
