pheebsy i think what you should do is to teach your children about proper nutrition then tell them to only get what food they can finish..if not possible..give them an enough amount first..just gibe more if they ask for more...it is not good for children to have any...

pheebsy yeah i've thought of that answer too..:P but specifically, can you identify what is it in you that makes coffee sessions heavenly..like me, it is my emotions...coffee sometimes either intensifies or decreases the emotions that i feel..:)
