pinduko first thing you do is, run your anti-virus, then you may clean the cookies of your explorer and next will be check if there is new application installed that eating much the memory of you computer..or it could be some problem with your memory or other...

What is your internet speed?

I use internet from a mobile company with GPRS model. I get a connecting speed of about 460 kbps. But my download speed is very slow. It is some what between 10-15 kbps on the average. What about you ?

pinduko I do eat alot of it..specially with with other vegetables "pinakbet". It's so delicious..I do encourage epople to eat much of this vegetables to reduce the risk on diabetes..also try eat saluyot and malungay...happy healthy eating habbit...
