how many bottles/glass of water do you drink

With the onset of summer i have begun to drink a lot of water..4 litres of water during office hours which ends up with my frequent visit to the loo..how many glasses of water do yu drink in a day.

akn1961 i take 20 glasses of water every day ,my dietician has advised the same ,water reduces weight ,body becomes more active ,sodium of body is reduced ,body becomes more active ,thanks for sharing.
