planyak hai friend..i will never skip my breakfast no matter working day or weekend. It's been a habbit to me. We must have energy and healty before doing something everyday. Even i in hurry, i must atleast drink a glass of tea or coffee. hehehe

planyak I agree with your opinions. That was a wrong way to dicipline our child. Bite, smack or pinch her daughter was a very bad idea. it was painfull. For me..we have to do is decipline ourself 1st.
