If yoy have been experiencing headachache everyday, it might be migraine you are having. what time does it happen? How long does it last? Do you feel it on one side of your head? Does your eyes get affected too? If these symptoms are present, you might be having migraine. ordinary analgesics sometimes is not enough to cure it. you need to see a doctor so he could prescribe you a more appropriate medicine. also stay away from coffee, tea and chocolates.

I hope you feel better, though. Do consider consulting a doctor just to be sure. It might also be your eyes. You might need to wear glasses.

I get headaches all the time. I get them if I wait too long to eat, overeat, sleep too much, sleep too little, when I get stressed out, or just for no reason at all. It seems my life has to be perfect or I will have a headache. I have learned that if I just take the time to lay down in a dark room and just relax it will go away.

I too have this frequent problem of headache due to my college schedule and it become more prominent when i do not take rest in the afternoon or when i am suffering from cold. Some times the pain is so much severe that it becomes almost unbearable.
I prefer taking rest first and if it still persists then i go for applying balm or take medicines.
What say?

I don't often get headache. But when I have so many things to do in a short time I always feel headache. I also remember when I prepare for the entrance exams, I think I use too much of brain, so I get headache. I think you will feel better if you have enough rest. Good luck.

I almost never got any headache. I just had one at the beginning of this month (September) and minor fever. I tried to avoid taking any medicine, but I took a few. Soon after, I got better. I think the long hot summer, high temperature and humidity have been affecting me.
My curiosity: Does headache run in the family? How is your sleep in general? Do you exercise? etc etc.

Hi,
Sometimes I get headache when I can't sleep well at night, or sometimes I sleep for very long time on holiday. I also get headache when I have cough and cold problem. I take painkiller and it is useful in getting rid from head ache.

Sometimes I have a migraine about once a month or so. With a migraine, all I do is stay in a quite, dark room and sleep. I might take over the counter pain pills, but most of the time that doesn't even help. I notice that when I drink a lot of water all the time I don't have them as often. Stress plays a big part on me getting headaches, so I try to keep my stress level down, but sometimes that's hard to do.

Well, stress is my number one headache-triggering element. Lack of sufficient amount of sleep does have negative effect on our head. Hope I'll be able to overcome insomnia.

I usually get headache whenever i lost my sleep.its one of the important reason most of us having headache at day time.when we lose our sleep by watching movies, having fun, travelling, doing works etc we don't bothered about our daily sleeping hours.and when we miss that it causes head ache. All should try to take a sleep of minimum 6 hours. Its always good for our health too. :)

Sadly I get headaches quite often and I find that I get them more frequently during the hours in which I work. I think usually my headaches are stress related, so on average I probably get them about 2-3 times per week and after taking a tylenol it usually disappears after about 20-30 minutes.

When I am away from my wife place I cannot think there's headache I felt but starting we live in my wife's place, almost everyday. I cannot refuse my wife to have Advil every night.
Maybe it's because of the climate here. Almost everyday is very hot. Rain maybe only once in a month.

Few years ago I used to get headaches every single day. I went to all the possible doctors and none could determinate what's wrong... I was really skinny back then, and didn't drink water at all.
Now I eat healthy and drink more water. The headaches seem to be less frequent.
It's really a matter of healthy nutrition at the end of the day, unless it's extremely hot outside and then there nothing you can do.
Some people get headaches when they're stressed and such, so it's also about being healthy mentally.

I do get headaches all the time. I got them even as a young child, I had a migraine seizure when I was 8 years old. I have migraines too which I absolutely hate, it is the worst thing ever!
I get a headache with any loud noises, being on the computer too long, reading too much, being out in the bright sun, etc. I totally understand how you feel! =(

If you have children, especially teenagers you can get one on a daily basis.
But seriously, I used to get very bad migraines. Some lasted days and a few time they lasted two weeks. That was horrible.
When it got that bad I took the pain pill prescribed by my doctor. Usually I take a couple of Tylenol's and lie down. Make sure I am in a dark room and free of any sounds. Smells affect them too so I make sure not to wear any cologne or spray any fresheners or cleaners during those episodes.
One doctor told me to get a pair of glasses with a slight tint to cut the glare of florescent lights, sunlight and not read or be on the computer for long periods of time. 15 mins on and 15 mins off.
Even if you don't wear glasses they can make lenses with a tint that you can see out of that won't affect your vision but just block enough to not make headaches come sooner or last longer.
Hope this helps!
