I have anxiety attacks most of the time now. I feel tense and stress after working on a rewording articles jobs. It's difficult for me sometimes I don't know what to write. I'm troubled with sleep dread and sleep anxiety too. I feel worried most of the nights that I might not get to sleep. I now feel nervous all the time even doing simple things like eating. I feel tense and nervous all the time like I can't control my mind. It keeps on saying I'm in a tense state and I'm nervous and something bad will happen to me. I'm not like this the other days but now I'm getting worse. I can't control my worries. My worries are controlling me and keep on coming on my mind that tension and nervousness is not just during night but even at day time. I don't feel calm and relax. I always feel tense and nervous. Please pray for me that I can overcome this.

I will keep you in my prayers. I know when I get anxiety every once in a while it's a terrible feeling. =( I can't imagine dealing with it all the time.

Why not try to ask from a health store how to get enough nutrition.. Omega3 can help, maybe coconut oil - it has laurin acid - and St. John's wort, a well known herb.. And of course, keep praying!

Do you see a therapist? Or are you on medicine for it? I have anxiety myself but dont need medicine at the moment because im controlling it a good amount without. But thats also from doing therapy.

There must be something wrong with the bio-system. Better, you take some Aloe Vera juice regulary. You will come out of the situation in 21 days. There are many toxins accumulated in your body. Hence the result is due to. We are all with you and pray for your health. Wish you all the best.

Determine first what is causing it, your doctor might recommend ECG test for the heart or a thyroid test Some anxiety panic attacks are caused by vitamin deficiency most especially B complex. Yes will be praying that all will be well

Thanks. I will take my B complex I forgot to take one today. It is cause by stress and being paranoid that I will do something bad to my family or something bad will happen to me. It's really unreasonable to worry but I don't know it lingers in me.

What tension or anxiety you have? You need to analyse it first then only you may get the solution of the same and you may be able to know how you may be able to control it

@Linda1234 I fear that I won't be able to sleep at night and it will affect my productivity during the day or I can function well in the day. I've been self-defeating myself the more I want to control it the more my feelings feel that I am nervous and tense and I might not feel strong enough to do anything because of lack of sleep. I feel I'm paranoid with fear of not going to sleep and not feeling well during the day. I overcome this but later it comes back

If you have no heart ailment and not pregnant, drinking ginger/turmeric tea with milk everyday could help Go to the beach....sun bath...swim and relax.

@averygirl72 yes ginger/turmeric helps a lot. I like it with milk just don't take excessive amount. I put one teaspoon only in a cup of milk.

I get those sometimes - but they are usually brief . Sometimes we worry about things over which we have little control and I find the best way for me to relax and stop worrying is to listen to a CD with my favorite worship music.

Your having a panic attack. Something must triggered it and you have to face it no matter what. Pray and if you can do, try to meditate. I hope you get better soon. And try to go out too. You don't want to get stuck at home and get depress. I will pray for you.

I know exactly how you are feeling. I really used to hate the previous company i was working for. And my job as a complaint assistant made me so depressed. I felt like i wanted to stop everything and i didnt find any joy in living. Then i went to see a doctor and he advised me to do meditation and exercise. And also gave me some days off work. Well i followed his tips and after three weeks i was feeling much better.

My officemate's husband had that before. He even didn't go to work for almost a month. He had a check -up with the doctor and came back to his being normal. Please , have yourself checked up by a doctor. I shall pray for you, don't worry. You will overcome that. Just thunk positively.

@averygirl72 Actually, it was because one old lady where he collects the amortization for her memorial plan got very angry at him, i forgot the reason. From then on, he doesn't like to report on that branch where he was assigned. He got anxiety attacks. So, my officemate begged our boss who is also their boss there, to re-assign her husband to where the main branch is which is at the place where our office is too. That's the time he started reporting for work again and this time at the main office. He overcame his anxiety attacks.

Really do you know the cause why he's so worried and tense? I will try to relax this month and don't push myself so hard if I can't. Thank you. Sometimes I feel fine, sometimes I feel worse. I know I will overcome this with relaxation

Take a deep breath and relax. Sometimes we tend to be anxious if things are not done yet. You can also do some prayers to Him. He will guide you.

How have you been? You are included in my prayers. By the way,going to church will also help you. I have friends who've had depression and anxiety attacks ,too. When they go to church,read bible or listen to worship song they feel calmer.

Hey, all of us have experienced moments like this. Sometimes what I enjoy doing in such situations is to take a break by meditating, even if just for a bit. Once you get to the core of the problem,see it from a different perspective and realize it is all technically in your head, you can easily control it. There is nothing you should worry about! Relax, organize your thoughts and enjoy your time, people and things around you! Try and focus on other things that keep you calm and bring you happiness.
