If there was one event in your life you would like to change, which will it be?
Mine: The day my brother disappeared after he went to the hospital for his doctor’s appointment. It was a traumatic one week’s experience for the family having to look for him in this big city called Lagos. After one week, we decided we couldn’t find him and gave him up for lost. Four years after, I keep recalling that one week of events. If I could change that one event, my life would find peace. I can’t stop blaming myself for not escorting him to the doctor’s office as my mother had asked me to.

Have you took any steps to find him?

@Lignitecityabishek96 It wasn't an earth shaking event then. Just some irritating event.

One thing I regret and wish I could change is giving custody of my youngest daughter to my ex and his wife. :-(

I'm so sad to hear about your experience. I hope you will find peace about it.
For myself, there is nothing I would change in my life, even if I could. That does not mean that my life has been perfectly happy. Far from it. I have had some sad and terrible experiences, as well as some wonderful ones. But what I have learned through it all is that, if you will allow it, every experience can bring you growth, and no matter how bad the experience was, growth is always good. All the experiences I have had in life have helped to shape the person I am today - and I kinda like the person I am.
Besides, if we could go back and change the bad experiences in our lives, there is no guarantee that what we replaced them with would not turn out to be even worse.
