A last update on another husband

I’ve just brought Vince home from the hospital and he’s gone straight to bed. He looks pretty exhausted but I’m sure he’ll improve from day to day. It’s nice to have him home. He’s back in the hospital bed with the head raised just a little. You might remember we bought that bed when he had his heart operation. He has a collapsed lung and has to sleep on his left side and fairly flat.
He has a heap of breathing exercises to do and has to walk a lot. There will also be visits to a physio for a while at least. So that’s another chapter in our book of our life.

@Ronrybs I gave the wrong impression. He is only in the hospital bed when he sleeps. They had him sitting up in a chair the morning after the operation. They said it could take two months to get over the op but we're going for short walks and extending the distance each day. That's the plan anyway.

Thanks. He's slept a lot today but has done his exercises and a bit of walking. We've also found, and been to a physio so it's all good.
