Prashant Kumar Try sauteing Bitter gourd with onions and have it with some rice, dahl and mashed potatoes (with onions) along with some salad and raita. It's my go to meal when I am looking to eat something non-spicy.

Prashant Kumar I don't consume that much meat so I take omega acids and vitamin B12 supplements. Additionally, I also take one multivitamin, though I am not sure whether the multivitamins get absorbed properly but that's about it.
