its such a bad habit..the worst part of it is that people knew that biting nails is a bad habit and still continue to do it..i have seen many of my friends who can be called as grown ups biting their nails and i have scolded...

i am the laziest in my family..this laziness comes over me every weekend especially on Sunday as the day is totally for resting..i do not go out..sit in front of tv watch movies and enjoy sleeping...so how do you prevent...

i generally would not spend more time seeing the computer as i am afraid if it could affect my eyes.. how long u spend on mylot???.. i spend around an hour or two in mylot....
