Four Walls I'm getting to the age where I don't let things stress me out. If they do, I pray and meditate. "They" (those mythical "experts" with no names) claim that the more stressed you are the less optimal you'll perform on things like examinations.

Bhem I don't use expensive or known shampoo. I regularly use Sunsilk the green one for my shampoo and Creamsilk blue or green for my conditioner. Before I use hair treatment as my conditioner.

Toni I've always used sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoos. But since I've gone blonde and my hair has been bleached a couple of times, I have been using Lakme Teknia Ultra Clair shampoo and Lakme Teknia ultra Clair treatment. And I use Olaplex no. 3 once a week....
