I have seen a trend in our youth that scares me. A lot of our youth seems dark and gloomy with little respect for adults. Is this because they have lost faith in us?

purohit_86 well i think concentration comes through meditation , and its my personal experience , hmmm my advice to ur sister would be to meditate everyday early morning for atleast 15 minutes by worshipping any god she has belief in , Hope it helps ur sister
