quicksilver3739 hmmm that's a hard one. coz there are lot's of good web hosting services out there. You just need to figure out what will your site do. So that we ca gauge the type of hardware your going to need to rent. And the type of site. will it be PHP based, ASP, JSP....

quicksilver3739 I suggest drupal.. It's hard at first but when you get used to it.. you'll see the things it can do... so flexible and reliable.
